Role Overview
This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a business-owner role inside Teabox’s D2C team.
You will own, build, and scale one D2C sub-channel end-to-end—strategy to execution—driving revenue, growth, profitability, and team outcomes. Think of this as being the Founder of a mini P&L within Teabox.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Growth & Business Strategy (P&L Ownership)
- Own and deliver growth targets for your sub-channel: Revenue, ROAS, CAC, Contribution Margin.
- Build and execute quarterly and monthly growth plans with clear targets and action plans.
- Identify and unlock new scaling levers: pricing, offers, bundles, funnels, retention loops, experiments.
- Operate like an owner: make trade-offs, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive measurable results.
2) Creative + Performance Marketing Leadership
- Lead the creative strategy for your channel: hooks, angles, formats, messaging systems, and testing roadmaps.
- Work hands-on with performance marketing across Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
- Obsess over:
- CTR, CVR, CAC
- Creative fatigue & iteration velocity
- Funnel drop-offs and conversion bottlenecks
- Convert insights into repeatable, scalable growth systems.
3) Team Building & People Leadership
- Hire, build, and lead a high-ownership team (performance marketers, creatives, analysts).
- Set clear goals, accountability, and high operating standards.
- Coach the team to think in first-principles and outcomes, not tasks.
- Build a culture of speed, ownership, learning, and excellence.
4) Hands-On Execution & Problem Solving
- Be extremely hands-on: dashboards, ads manager, landing pages, funnels, copy, creative briefs.
- Identify bottlenecks quickly and fix them fast—without waiting for instructions.
- Kill what’s not working. Double down on what is.
- Run experiments with urgency and discipline.
5) Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product & Sourcing, Supply Chain & Ops, Design & Content, and Founders.
- Align growth plans with inventory, product drops, and brand direction.
- Ensure scale doesn’t break experience—keep growth sustainable and customer-first.

Must-Have Traits & Experience
- Proven record scaling a D2C business / channel / mini-P&L.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing + creative strategy (and how they work together).
- Strong people leadership: hiring, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
- Highly hands-on: comfortable inside Ads Manager, dashboards, funnels, and creatives.
- Structured thinker + fast executor.
- High energy, positive attitude, and real hunger to build.
- Extreme ownership mindset: “This is my business.”
