We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-first Influencer & Agency Partnerships Executive who thrives on building connections, unlocking opportunities, and bringing campaigns to life. You’ll own the complete collaboration journey—from discovering the next breakout creator or agency partner to negotiating deals, driving execution, and creating campaigns people remember.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer & Agency Identification
  • Drive end-to-end barter influencer campaigns by researching and identifying relevant influencers, creators, language-specific partners, and third-party agencies aligned with Teabox’s brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Build, grow, and maintain a strong pipeline/database of high-potential collaborators across platforms and categories.
  • Evaluate partner fit based on audience relevance, engagement quality, content standards, and campaign goals to ensure every collaboration creates impact.

Partnership & Commercial Management
  • Reach out, initiate conversations, and build lasting relationships with influencers and agencies.
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and contract terms while balancing creativity with cost efficiency.
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation of agreements, expectations, and campaign commitments.

Campaign Coordination & Execution
  • Translate campaign ideas into action by sharing briefs and ensuring complete alignment on objectives, messaging, and brand guidelines.
  • Become the central bridge between internal stakeholders and external partners to drive seamless execution.
  • Coordinate revisions, feedback loops, approvals, and campaign updates to keep momentum high and delivery smooth.

Follow-ups & Stakeholder Management
  • Own campaign momentum through regular follow-ups and drive timely execution and closure.
  • Track deliverables, content submissions, approvals, and publication schedules with precision.
  • Identify bottlenecks early, solve proactively, and build strong long-term relationships with partners.

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, Agency Management, Brand Marketing, or Creator Collaborations.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing campaign timelines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management capability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with lifestyle, FMCG, D2C, food & beverage, or consumer brands.
  • Existing networks with agencies and influencer communities are a strong plus.
  • Analytical mindset with campaign performance tracking experience.
