About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role focuses on creating impactful visual communication across Teabox and associated businesses, requiring a strong foundation in design principles and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals across multiple consumer touchpoints.
Must-Have’s:
● Minimum 1 year of work experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
● Strong understanding of design fundamentals including color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● A keen eye for detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
● A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of design decisions.
● Working knowledge of generative AI tools in design and production contexts.
Responsibilities:
● Create and deliver high-quality designs for various brand and business requirements.
● Design e-mailers, inserts, brochures, catalogs, packaging and other marketing collateral for both online and offline channels.
● Ensure all creatives align with Teabox brand guidelines and visual identity.
● Organize and prioritize workload effectively while handling multiple assignments.
● Contribute fresh ideas and creative perspectives to the team.
